Our award-winning team with 11 Red Seal chefs deliver an authentic farm to table experience. 60% of our food is locally purchased from community growers, and with every dish crafted in-house, our team of 30 chefs can customize any meal to your heart… or stomach’s content. Whether it’s dinner for 5 or 5,000, the culinary experience at the Shaw Conference Centre reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Indian Sous Chef Lalit Upadhyaya, Executive Sous Chef Guadalupe Muñoz de Ratcliffe, Executive Pastry Chef Jason Wang, Sous Chef Myles Fedun, and Sous Chef Jacob Lee round out a world-class team that can cater to almost any request and size.

In collaboration with our community, we proudly sourced 60% of our produce locally in 2017. Partnering with local companies to source from farmers like Erdmann’s Garden & Greenhouse, Forest Scene Farms, Meuwlys, and more, we are committed to strengthening local food producers.

Our urban beekeeping program allows us to produce 90 pounds of own honey each year and we also make all our own buns in-house. Yes, that means we’ve made up to 6,000 buns for one day.
