Internationally experienced Indian Sous Chef Lalit Upadhyaya and Executive Sous Chef Guadalupe Muñoz de Ratcliffe and Executive Pastry Chef Jason Wang round out a world-class team that can cater to almost any request and size.

In collaboration with our community, we are proud to be a part of the Alberta Flavour program and sourced 43% of our food locally in 2015. Partnering with local companies to source from farmers like Spring Creek Ranch and Irvings, we are committed to strengthening local food producers.

Our urban beekeeping program allows us to produce our own honey and we also make all our own buns in-house. Yes, that means we’ve made up to 6,000 buns for one day.
